Hi all,

I have noticed some of the SaleHoo suppliers stock some apple products i have seen one dropship an 1 model of the apple macbook and some drop ship the apple iPhones

Are these actually legit genuine ones? Is there any advice on I should consider before ordering some stock of apple gear from liquidators?

Thanks,Will

Hi Will

I have seen genuine Apple products sold through liquidation channels before, usually customer returns or shelf pulls (usually pulled due to working condition) So my suspicion would be that it would be hard to find A1 condition Apple stock through surplus unless it's reco stock.

What suppliers are listing them, the ones from our directory I mean?

Hello William,

I have looked up Saletab from our directory.

I would say they are a reliable source for Apple products and we are actually waiting for them to submit their documentation to vouch for the brand names they are carrying, in this case, Apple.

We will update you once it's all completed and confirmed.

just on a side note

would it be recommended dropshipping macbooks pro and airs on ebay how would you get around the funds coming through what i mean is i know for a start you would have to pay out of your own pocket.

would you recommend this method for some one starting out??

Hello William,

Dropshipping for Macbooks, or other electronics such as laptops has not really been recommended. For droshipping, you actually do not need to pay out of your own pocket, you wait until you make that sale and the actual purchase amount paid can be used to pay for the item. You might be thinking, big savings right?

Remember, though, that the prices that the suppliers will provide you will be a lot closer to actual retail. Therefore, the margin for your profit will be a bit tight. Unless you have a big market for these babies, then go ahead.

In line with this, it would always be best to contact the suppliers or liquidators regarding Macbooks because as far as I know, these brands are usually sold via their official sites or the liquidators.

Hope this helps.

P.S. - No update yet for SaleTab, we will keep you posted.

Hi William,

Can you please clarify your comment above?

Why should Paypal be a reason for a delay in shipping?

Let us know so we could clarify things from our end.

Thanks!
