You've probably found a good source by now, but CTS Wolesale sunglasses do an excellent range of replicas with prices around $24US per dozen. Lots of accessories as well.

I would also suggest ebay.com. Just search the wholesale lots, you will find some good pickings in amongst the rubbish.
