Yes, most likely you will need a resellers license. :) There are different advantages from these different sourcing methods, and the sourcing type to use often will depend on your purchasing capacity (the amount of capital you have) or on the stage your business is at. Some use a combination of this sourcing method so they can avoid shortage of stock or to have a test of the product and service quality, or to test the market first, through drop shipping before taking advantage of deeper discounts from bulk purchases. :)
