Hello, I am new to the site and like a fair few others I have seen, looking for suppliers of surfwear/wetgear (Rip Curl, Quicksilver, Billabong, Oakley, Element, Globe, Rusty, Jetpilot etc)

Have seen the question aksed a few times, but no real answers as to where legitimate wholesale suppliers can be found.

Can someone please point me in the right direction.

Hello, I am in the process of opening a specialty watercraft and waters ports store in Australia. I am trying to source wholesale brand name wet gear and clothing ie Quicksilver, Rip Curl, Oakley etc. Looking for wetsuits, rash, thermal, goggles & clothing. Given most of the surf brands come from Australia, you may find it odd that I m trying to source products OS. But the market here is so saturated most of the bigger names want nothing to do with the smaller companies, so we are forced to look OS, It is ironic that I can't get any of the big name surf brands here in Australia, yet I can source their products OS cheaper, and I have some big brand US water sports labels on board. It's a strange world, so much for supporting your local markets.

Please let me know if you can supply any of these products or can direct me to any genuine brand name suppliers/wholesalers.

Dear Shan,

Right now we can supply you directly with the bodyglove products.
Other brands we have are more like scuba brands

Let me know if you need more information on this.

Thank you for doing business with Seavenger.com

That's good news SunsetStrip! I just had a chat with Steve Wu from seavenger.com and he was very helpful in answering my questions. They do offer wholesale/dropship services. But you have to be able to comply with their requirements. To learn more about their requirements, kindly visit their profile here on SaleHoo -

If you have any further concerns I suggest you contact Steve directly at steve@seavenger.com I have invited him to the forum seeing as he is a supplier on SaleHoo so you should be seeing him here soon.

All the best!

I have still not been able to contact any genuine wholesale surfwear suppliers, through here or my own efforts.

Seavenger has some wetsuite stuff I could be interested in and thats about it.

@Sunset:

Contact the manufacturers directly and ask. Although few manufacturers sell directly to wholesalers, you'll have no problem being steered towards the nearest distributor to you if they do wholesale (some manufacturers only work with buying agents, some only work on direct-to-retail arrangements with major retailers, others sell direct to the public etc. The only way to know for sure is to ring one up and ask.)

Salehoo is a great resource for liquidations and imports, but sometimes, particularly in the case of new major brand stuff, it's easier to just contact the brand and ask.
