Go to your local pawn shops or garage sales. These are a low profit item even if you buy from a wholesaler.

how about chinadvdwholesaler.com. Does anyone know anything about this site. It seems like a good one but I am sceptical even though it says US verson dvds. I have placed an order and I hope it works out.

I would too. No chineese supplier is authorized by the MPAA to officially distribute licensed material such as region 1 dvd's.
That is why these movies are region encoded.

Sshh I have bought a number of dvds from chinadvdwholesaler.com and never had a problem, as for selling them on ebay hey if you can get away with it why not, no difference to the US version just a few chinese characters on the dvd otherwise the same, personally I have all the science fiction dvds and never had any problems, i would recommend them.

I had no problems in the past, however, they also now offer paypal! If you advertise them a certain way on ebay you shouldn't have a problem, just don't mention the word chinese import and you should be fine, region free, region 1 dvds so forth. Hell if that doesn't work put up a few flyers and sell them where you live, I have sold quite a few that way in the past and EVERYONE has been happy with them most of all ME. Do your homework still though, pay one see what you think and if your happy hey you can profit from them.

Hey,

I tried to purchase some DVD's through Chinadvdwholesaler.com and I too had problems at the checkout.
I emailed the guy but he wasn't very helpful, he said try again after Chinese New Years, as they are very busy and most are away on holiday.

Didn't really answer my questions about having trouble paying with VISA but still.

I think you might need to get your VISA card authenticated or something. There were lots of those advertisments when I went to pay, but mine just got stuck on processing the payment.

Weird huh.

Let me know if any of you guys have any success.

Tom
