I did a search and found some suppliers but as you've said in your post, they require that you are a retailer and that you can demonstrate proof of actual retail business which is a Store Front, Internet Retail Website or both. And your business should be in Scrapbooking or Stamping Industry.
Is there any other products that you are interested in aside from this?
