Complaints have been filed against PPWDG with GA

How is everyone making out with getting refunds from Jimmy and PPWDG? I personally have been unable to get a refund and unable to get any kind of response from him and his company. Anyone having any better luck?

Limited opportunities at this time it would seem, charge-back if possible or hit the link in this thread and get your name on the list for legal action.
From everything I'm hearing he has shut it all down and isn't making himself very visible at all!

Might be due to legal advice.

Anything's possible, though from what I already knew, and from have learned over the last few weeks, I just think jimmy is doing what jimmy does best.....hiding and doing his best to ignore it!

hi all life here in the huber house is very depressing jim and i may loose our buisness that we have worked so hard to keep a float

about 2 months ago a lady bougth a dyson vacume on ebay from us its a store model from maceys was in perfect shape well she emails us and says there is a stress mark and she doesnt want it due to it may break so we offer her have it send back and refund as soon as we get vaccune back she sents iut back on her own demands refund now

well jim finally get it back when he opens box the vaccume is in 3 pieces it looks horrible so he contacts ebay and they tell us not to refund due to this isnt walmart you domt break stuff aND return it well she tries to get credit card to give money back we stopped that she calls better buisness beruio on us they talk to jim and say we did everything right so we knew we were in clear 2weeks ago we notived our money was running low so jim call our merchant copmany wivh our money goes to and comes to us they froze it due to 4 chargeback in 1 week

so he got on his websight a say a person was bashing and tell our customers how horrible was are that we streal monay

we still dont have the account open my van payment cant be be paid i have my kids to feed we dewpend on the money all due to that woMAN THAT she broke the vaccume and claims she has done nothing wrong

i hope all works out if not we'll shut ware house down and sell stuff frok home but loose the 3,000 owe to us

I don't know about you guys but it is clear that Jimmy is hiding somewhat! If I were to lose that much money and not receive the merchandise I paid for, I will be at Jimmy's house in a heartbeat!

Have you guys ever seen 'The eBay Effect'? These three friends bought an item that cost over $1K I think and the item was not delivered, so these three people paid a surprise visit to the seller and the seller played like he don't know anything about that transaction. Within a week, they filed a case against the seller and got their money back. That's only for over 1K, we're talking about over $100K here you guys so I suggest you guy pay him a surprise visit at his house then file a case against him.

That story was told to me in a PM I got from jimmy about 1 year ago, yes, one year ago!

It is virtually word for word, with the only difference being that the charge-backs had been issued against them.

UNREAL, the same brand, the exact same problem, the same return issues.......this is some kind of a 'form letter'

They must trot this old thing out when they are looking for some sympathy or something.

HAHAHAHA, honestly, just when I think nothing more could surprise me about this whole mess, it does!!

I honestly can't believe all this.

I remember trying my hardest not to get conned since I have been before by rather shady companies. I tried so hard to work with him and he would just go back and forth with me. I hope everybody gets their money back.

I think it'd be helpful to post jimmy's information so everybody's complaints are on the same page.

I hope Jimmy and Stephanie do have to shut down all of their business ventures and that they both get what's coming to them for stealing from everyone. They are liars and thieves plan and simple. They belong in jail.

Considering the amount you invested with Jimmy, I don't see why nobody is actually paying him a visit and taking him to court right away. I mean, If I were to loose that money without having a merchandise shipped to my door, I will be at Jimmy's pad in a heartbeat! I will invest in a plane ticket and fly to Jimmy's pad then, hire an attorney to prosecute Jimmy. It might cost a little extra and some work but considering how many people really lost money, I don't see any problem with the cost of hiring an attorney. It will be worth it seeing Jimmy put to jail or at least get your money back. I just hate people when they take advantage of others who are working hard for their money. All those members who lost money should meet in one place and should act together that's just my take on this.

I'm hearing numbers of up to 12 that have currently filled action, will be good if we can start confirming some of those numbers. I've also put the wheels in motion to try and close his ebay accounts down, will post results with that as I get them.

I'm kind of confused.

Should I file with the attorney general? I paid for merchandise that I received but I've been hearing about people paying and not getting their merchandise.

I don't believe we're in the same boat. Advice?

I know you're upset with all of this considering the amount you have lost investing with Jimmy but common, lose all his kids???? The kids doesn't have to do with anything what Jimmy has done. They are innocent little kids that did NO harm so why put them in the story???

I think it's understandable that people are frustrated and will most likely write from that frustration, I would hate to see members here turning on one another when jimmy is the one that has caused the frustartion.

Of course no one wants to visit such issues on his children, but wouldn't it have been nice if he had of considered other people's famalies before doing this to so many!

In fact, wouldn't it have been nice if he had of considered what the end result of all this would be for his own family, and his ability to provide for them long term...............

I can't see how there will be any winners out of this situation when it is all played out!
