Generally there are some suppliers that would require that you present proof that you're a retailer/ reseller. This could be in a form of a business license, sales tax ID, EIN, etc. You should let Big Buy know where you're based and if you have the equivalent of the VAT/ TIN to your country, present a copy to them.

The prices listed on the suppliers' websites are mostly in retail so contact them directly for their dropshipping price. As you are probably well aware of, dropshipping is not the same as wholesale in terms of pricing and the profit margin you can have. Rather, it allows you to test a market without too much risk, and expand your product range without having to invest heavily in stock. :)
