Problems with - Wholesalerwholesaler.com

I ordered a case of powerplayer video games from them for a total cost of 274 usd. I finally received them and tried one out. It didn't work. I tried a second one and that didn't work. I contacted the company asking for a refund. They answered back they do not accept returns on electronics. Ok Maybe I missed it. They went on to tell me 'good news'. It appears the units that were shipped were internally locked. I could contact the distributer to find out how to unlock them. Wait a minute! How can I resell these if I have to open the package? Furthermore, They were not advertised as internally locked if they were not promoted as take out of the box and play I would not have bought. I have posted good things about their jewelry but I am sad to say I can not recommend them anymore. I am a single mom trying to move into new merchandise on ebay and a hit like that just set me back further than I can take. Oh well lesson learned.

As I told you in the private message just slide the switch inside the controller and they will come on as I got the same game at my office. If thats too much hassle just throw the free case away or sell below cost on ebay and keep the proceeds :) Hope we are good to go now...... Thanks Joe

Awesome news did you know you can make even higher asking proces if you make a website and buy pay per click ads in the search engines. Ebay is such a flooded nest and people think thats the only option online..... We are glad your making some profits and look forward to servicing your account as always.
