Ok guys here's the story
I have been buying from a supplier in Hong Kong called DigitalGamesWorld - Link hidden: Login to view - I have been buying from them for a few months and had no problems, my goods have always been delivered.
A couple of weeks ago I transferred them money $609 to the bank account I have always transferred to. Now they are telling me that I cannot use that bank account anymore, being one of their employees have left their company and they were the only person with authority over that account. They say they emailed all their customers and notified us of change of bank account but I never received this email - duh, as if I'd have transferred money there if I had.
So they say they can't do anything because they no longer have authority over that bank account. They gave me the phone number of the employee who does (the one that left) so I rang him, and he says he left their employment 6 months ago and has nothing to do with the account in question.
Is there anything I can do, or do I just have to bear the loss?
