Rhinestone Hair Clip - Supplier needed

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone knows of any good supplier for rhinestones of decent quality but CHEAP as well.

I would need it make wedding hair clips/wedding hair accessories. I live in Australia and would appreciate links for wholesalers/dropshippers/distributors who do this. I've checked DHGate before but I would need better quality ones if anyone has any more ideas.

I was also wondering if you have any suppliers for feathers(i.e peacock, maribou, goose, ostrich etc...) as my business also involves making hair fascinators.
