Truckload consumer electronics - Suppliers needed

Looking for a supplier of truckload consumer electronics such as ipads iphones hdtvs etc.

Im looking to get this truckload in the next month or so if you know of someone or can supply this please dont hesitate to contact me i am very serious about this.

How about considering getting them directly from Apple - they have a minimum annual purchase requirement of more than $100,000 and you need to provide 2 business references, among other things. You can read the full requirements here:

Thank you but that is not what i want im interested in consumer electronics in general and as forthe ipads i was thinking more along the lines of returns not brand new but i do appreciate the response i like the idea but as of now its not feasable for me

You'll come out a lot better looking at small to pallet sized lots when it comes to quality electronics. Almost without fail, the only reasons why consumer electronics make it into truckloads are a) they do not work, or b) no one on the planet will buy them. Premier Goods has literally pages of iPad listings on Liquidation.com at any given time, and they have a very good reputation for sorting good stuff and crap apart, and labeling each appropriately.

Electronics margins tend to be so low for retailers, that if it works at all and there is even a small chance someone will buy it, it's in the retailer's interest to hang onto it or use a low-volume channel like Liquidation.com to sell the product. You just almost never see something like "truckload of iPads and iPhones and HDTVs" unless it's accompanied with "truck ran off cliff en route to store -- all items as is" kind of comments.

well thank you for this information i have bought pallets off of liquidation.com and i was able to make a decent margin off of them this is why i was looking for higher quanititys of more of a variety

If you've bought off of Liquidation.com and like your supplier(s) I'd say you have a good lead right there -- talk to them or anyone else from whom you buy there, with whom you have a good experience, about getting some better deals on bigger lots. You never know what you might turn up if you ask. :)

Depending on your area, something else worth considering is to keep an eye out for places going out of business. It's hard for me now, being in a rural area as I am, but when I lived in Atlanta I'd routinely clean out places that had merchandise that was related to my stores. Going out of business, moving and other situations that lead stores to clear out inventory can be a great opportunity for you, if you have the cash to do it.

One thing I found taking that approach with electronics in particular is to go after cords and remotes. These are things over which most people are not clamoring, and it isn't unusual for a store to have piles and piles of them left over days into the sale. Yet the do sell, and generally at a pretty good markup if you pick them up during "inventory stress" situations.

i have never thought to ask on liquidation how would i go about contacting them there is no way to message the sellers directly is there? and thanks for the advice i could use any advice your willing to give as i am still kind of new to this

It's never occurred to me to check, but I would think it kind of silly that there would be no way to contact a seller with whom you've done business ... surely Liquidation doesn't put that much of a firewall between buyers and sellers? (Maybe it does; just saying it seems a strange and counterproductive thing to do.)

You could try Farah Trading, not sure what they do these days, but they used to be a pretty solid resource for this type of gear.

Via Trading would be someone that I would also consider. They may not have the loads listed, but they may well be able to put one together for you. Along those lines, try Titan Liquidations as well, they're an approved supplier here.

Topper is another approved supplier with us, a little left field for them I think, but it never hurts to ask what's possible.

Good point, Marc. Via, Titan and Topper are all good companies and may well be worth contacting. Although Titan and Topper seldom have electronics (not sure I've ever seen them at Titan) they may well have a source they can recommend.
