Welcome to SaleHoo! Supplies for these items have been thin for quite some time, and with UPS turning us down when we tried to send some dummy slugs, I don't think these products can be drop shipped (probably depending on the state). I am aware that loaded ammunition sales must be completed in person and the sale to be reported to the State Police, I am not sure though if this applies to reloading supplies. You may check with 1(855)Law-Guns :)
