Am I allowed to dropship a trademarked item on Amazon?

For example, I found a drop shipper who is selling a board game that has famous video game characters and pieces. I also found some things where they have some sports logos on them. Would I be able to list these things on Amazon without breaking any rules or is this not allowed?

Forgive me if the answer to this question is obvious. I am new to drop shipping and still learning the ropes, in terms of whats legal and whats isn't.

You need to ensure the supplier you are purchasing from has the authority to be selling items if they are licensed and you should get that in writing from the supplier. In the event that Amazon asks to see the proof, you can then simply forward that to them.
