Business name for an individual

Hello. I am an individual, planning on dropshipping products on Amazon. I don't have a business name. I just have contacts to some suppliers. I thought that I'll just put the generic name of the product and then put my address as a reference. Is having a business name necessary? If so, do I need to do some paper work? If not, what should I put on Amazon?

A business name is important if you are registering for a tax id of course, but it allows you to build a brand image that customers can then associate with. So in my opinion, a business name is super important.

To register a business name, you will need to speak to the right authority in your local area.
