Hi everybody i am new to the dropshiping and i have one question. When i am on a site like chinavasion once i decide on a product to list on eBay, what?

Hi RLTA, and welcome to SaleHoo.

Yes, shipping would need to be added to your buy price, and you could build that value into the items price if you were going with a starting reserve amount or BIN option, and then list as free shipping. Alternatively, you could add it as a separate shipping component and keep your items value lower.

That's just two different marketing options.

Other charges you would also need to take into consideration when pricing your item is a listing fee, final value success fee and also PayPal or other merchant processing fees on the payment transaction.

one thing RTL, if you do add the shipping fee into your start price, ebay will also charge you FVF on the shipping too.

Yes, good point by AGS, so be aware of that.

Factors you should be considering when calculating shipping, is the items size and weight. Shipping location and shipping destination, as well as any packaging costs related to shipping and the actual form of shipping you are using.

You need to also consider payment transfer fees by your merchant, they impact on sales and shipping costs. With drop shipping you will also need to watch out for any fees that your supplier charges as well.
