Hello,

Until now I dont understand the exact purpose of SaleHoo and I hesitate to buy your offer because I cant know if this is what I want. Let me explain: I own an e-commerce (Prestashop), products that are on the site have been imported from Aliexpress (I have more than 100,000 products in my e-shop) the incovenient is that some resellers do not offer Dropshiping so I'm delivering to my address first, stock outs and many other problems... What I want to know if Salehoo allows to import bulk products from shops resellers ? Are there conditions or limitations, what salehoo offer exactly for dropsipper like me ? Only website adresse ?

Thank you

Hi Valar and welcome to the forum

To make sure I give you the correct advice, can you just confirm if you are talking about an actual SaleHoo Store or just our Supplier Directory here on the forum?

Hi Valar,

We have a variety of suppliers in our directory. While it's called the wholesale directory, it has approved wholesale, dropship and surplus suppliers listed. So dropship suppliers would be the ones best suited to your requirements as they send customer direct, you don't need to have the items sent to you first.

If you do decide to sign up, we do offer a money back guarantee if you're not satisfied. So nothing to lose for you.

Cheers

Hi Marc,

I am going to sourcing from Aliexpress.com, but one thing I want to clarify with is that, 1) Would I keep inventory when order is made? 2) Can I import the products item, I mean the content, including images and description onto my own website?

Many Thanks!

Hi Lokwing and welcome to the forum

You want to make sure that the supplier will dropship (blind ship) for you. That is send the product direct to your customer, but send you the invoice and leave no branding of their own on the product packaging so your customer can id them as the supplier. In regards to importing content, most suppliers will make that available for you, but you will have to confirm those details with the supplier before ordering.

Cheers

Hi Marc,

Thanks for your advice.
Actually I have to do is asking supplier if I can do it with importing their products content onto my website before ordering.
I am going to do on drop shipping, and I don't want to keep inventory stock.
I need some time to learn more about it.

Many Thanks!

Welcome Lok

Suppliers will be quite open with you, they will either say yes that they will drop or they will say no. So it's the dropshippers that you want so you don't need to keep any inventory at all.

With the dropshipping, the supplier will send the item direct to your customer, all you have to do is tell them where to send it. Then they will send you the cost price invoice, so what you do is send the customer your own invoice with your price.

Cheers

Hi Lok,

If Mr Momoh's assertion above is correct and I have i fact misunderstood your question and provided you with advice that was unhelpful, just clarify your question for me and I'll do my best to provide accurate information for you. If I'm unable to do that, then I can always pass the question on to support who may be better able to answer for you.
