English Dubbed Anime Dvd's - Dropshipper Wanted

Hello I posted a thread here but I don't see it asking for Anime DVD Drop shippers, I can't seem to find any that drop ship English dub anime, can someone help?

preferably one whose price after shipping is around $18 per dvd/collection.
