In their favor, Lowpricedeals4u have been around for a few years now and although there are a number of forum threads about with people asking about their authenticity, no one has any bad experiences to share.

They say they accept credit card and PayPal - although they don't seem to really encourage these methods especially.

On the downside, I'm sure these are probably grey imports as the warranties offered are only able to be used with Lowpricedeals4u.

The English is terrible in places and the site seems to employ a lot of black hat SEO techniques, which isn't a good look!

The contact details are not easy to find either, which I don't like. I always get suspicious if the owner of the company doesn't seem to want customers contacting them (you'll notice the phone number at the top is for urgent inquiries only!).

In sum: There is a chance this site could be okay, but I'm certainly not getting excited about it. I suggest contacting them first with a few probing questions. See how quickly they respond and how professionally, and use that as a guide on whether to proceed.

Hi Grace,

Many thnaks for your fast answer. I have called the number indicated above, and waited only a few rings before they pick up. I spoked twice to the same person, and my email was answered within 24H00.

Regarding waranty and return policy, they mention on this page: Link hidden: Login to view :

{WARRANTY
All Mobile Phones at Low Price Deals4u, carry 1 year UK/Euro manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise.
You will be required to send back the defaulted unit to the manufacturer's NOT TO US along with the warranty documents. Warranty is void if you purchase from outside of the UK/EU, however for some country you can claim for service at respective mobile phone repairing centre.}

I would say the sad point is that they do not have a lot of stock; items are shipped from different places.
