Starting out with an online business - Advice needed!

Hi. I am new in every way to the e-marketplace. I will first divulge a few things about my situation. I find myself here as a result of poor job prospects where I live, and have very little capital to get started (yes I realize that this makes my prospects of having any success limited at best). I have researched thoroughly and found myself here as a cheaper alternative to worldwide brands, which truthfully, seemed a better prospect with more tools.
I have read on about using terapeak, and other such tools as a place to start, but cannot afford to sink much more than I have. What I am looking for is advice on dropshipping to just begin bringing in any positive cashflow. I am willing to settle for small profit margins to start, and rely on accumulating money over a period of time to expand my eventual prospects, but am currently just trying to get a foot in the door. Any advice offered would be appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.

Limited capital does not limit your prospects of finding success rather it's a challenge. You have to be creative in the products you sell, you need to think out of the box.

So why not start by selling some of your old things? No capital needed! Many successful sellers started out this way and many still do quite well in the second-hand market, you can ask Marc aka fudjj (our community manager) all about the second-hand market and he tell you everything you need to know :)

When you have free time try going through the forum, you'll be amazed with all the tips/advice you'll find!
