Hello all,

I'm a newbie and I'm trying to figure out the best type business structure I should register for. I'm a one person show here, but will enlist the help of one other person. I think Sole Proprietor is the type of business I should register for as one person, but would I be able to change it to an LLC later? Or should I register as an LLC from the get-go?

I live in Florida, so I know we have sales taxes.

Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks!

Karol V.

Hi Karol and welcome to the forum,

Sole Proprietor is what you want if you are a single business entity. Can go LLC at anytime if you want from there, no problems at all.

Cheers
