Not sure when that changed or why (likely all the questions I ask!) but just happened to notice that right now and made me feel like I accomplished something. Again, not really sure what or how or if it really makes any difference, but hey, I didn't have work too hard to get to "Senior" level. Do I get a pay raise? Or paid at all? LOL.
