DBA or not to DBA?

So in the process of me trying to get my dropshipping business legalized,i ran across DBA forms...do i need a DBA to sell on ebay?

If you are going to completely compliant with you tax requirements, then it certainly can't hurt. However, you certainly do not need one to for eBay's benefit at all.
