Debit amount directly from PayPal to bank account in India

In India, You can not get a Credit card easily due to misuses in the past.Now they have very strict rules and require higher monthly income to get a card.Even you can't link most of the Debit cards with PayPal because they don't provide option for entering 3D secure pin during PayPal transaction to verify authenticity.Most Bankers don't know abut PayPal and not sure that whether their cards will work or not with PayPal. I would like to know that Can PayPal directly debit purchasing amount from Bank account in case credit card/debit card is not linked.How much time they take and is there any additional fee to directly debit amount from bank.

You can indeed link a bank account to your PayPal account so funds are processed directly, at least I'm not aware of any restrictions on that in India. PayPal themselves would be happy to confirm or you should be able to just create an account and see if the option is there for you.

Do they charge any additional fee for debit from bank account ? I think bank will definitely charge some fees for international transfer.

There is no charge usually, but I don't know about India unfortunately.

Sorry, these are not related to the above, I want to ask you two questions ;

1. I tried Market research lab and it was showing best time of the day to end your listing.Is this US standard timing Since fetching from Ebay.com or Indian timing ?

2. I have Paypal personal account and want to upgrade with Premier account.When i am trying to upgrade my account, its showing Business account type not Premier account. Couldn't find option for Premier account.

The times recommended are US time, so you will have to convert to Indian time.

Regarding PayPal, would be best to just contact them direct to sort out that issue. I'm not aware if they've made any changes to their Premier account of not to be honest.

speaking on paypal/bank transfer you can go with an american company called Payoner They provide you with a Debit Mastercard and a us bank account which deposit the funds into which means you can use the debit mastercard in india as it will be posted out to you.

Some people say its not supported but some how i managed to get payonner linked to my paypal account.
