Do Thai jewellers offer cheaper rates?

I often hear that there are cheap, reliable Thai jewelers that are serving the needs of many ebayers. However, I could only find one here. Also his prices are too high.

Plenty of people make quality jewellery products throughout most Asian countries, but they usually don't advertise online. You usually have to be there on the ground to make the contacts, or you run the risk of getting yourself scalped.
