Help needed: Is anybody familiar with rhinomart.com?

I was looking in the suppliers list for rhinomart and i cant seem to find them. I want to read any reviews made on them.

I'm not sure why they are no longer in our directory, they must have been removed for some reason. (That we are still trying to find out what)

I visited their site and everything seems legit and fine - safe payment methods, complete contact details and a vast product range. I also tried checking online for complaints and so far its hard to say which is which since there is no way to verify any of these complaints (unless of course if we know the complainant).

They should be relatively safe to deal with but the quality of their products do seem a bit poor.

I have purchased from them. Straight off the website, and in person. I have been to their wherehouse too. They are safe to purchase from. Hope this helps.

I ORDERED AN ITEM ON RHINOMART AND THE STATUS SHOWED AVAILABLE IN STOCK AND THEN I GET AN EMAIL AND SAYS THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK AND SO I HAD TO REFUND MY CUSTOMER THE PAYMENT. THIS WAS MY FIRST SALE ON MY SITE AND VERY FIRST REFUND. HOW EMBARRASSING.

You're not the only one to get caught out like this, it's one of the big negatives against dropshipping. Unfortunately, a lot of suppliers don't up excellent automated stock inventory systems in place and this can cause drama with sellers taking orders for out of stock items. I would suggest that if this is an issue with your supplier, no matter who they are, quickly contact them after an order is placed with you to confirm the product is in fact in stock.

If it is then no problems, process the order. If it is in fact no longer available, it at least gives you the chance to contact the buyer and inform them of the oversight in a very timely manner. Situations like this are very time sensitive, if you can act quickly enough then you can often calm a serious issue from getting completely out of control.
