Market Research Lab not getting enough results

I am trying to find a product to sell and I am getting less then 52 products in total, for all categories, at 35%+ sale rate, in the Market Research Lab. I follow the instruction on the video and I not getting a lot of results. Is that normal? There are several categories with no products. I am a new member and I was expecting more products. Maybe I am doing something wrong... Can someone help?

Can I get you to email Link hidden: Login to view with a list of the categories you were searching for an possibly a screen shot as well so we can get the developers to look into the issue for you please.

You Know I got the same problem too. I assumed that the metrics in the training were off. As for which categories well mostly all of them are showing no products following the metrics settings in the training.

I'm getting the same. Maybe one product in each category, in total maybe about 50..

As I mentioned above, the development team is aware of the issues currently being experienced with the research tool and are working on correcting them asap.

Just spoke to admin regarding it, work in progress is the current situation. Unfortunately, no finish date could be given at the moment, but I'll advise as soon as they have the issues sorted.

The latest new from the development team is, the fix should be in within the next week everyone. So just hold tight a little longer and this bug should be sorted and we'll have a fully functioning lab once more.

This isn't the same issue, but in the research lab when you click on "find suppliers" it just takes me to the index page. Why?

Hi Erin! When you've recently been issued a cancellation/refund, you will no longer have access to "Supplier" data anymore.

Hope this clarifies your concern.
