Ways in registering a business for non-US residents

I want to register a company in USA.
The main reason is to save the sales taxes.

Generally I plan to import products from China and sell online in USA via Amazon and my web sites.
I will also buy whole stock in USA, but don't plan to use drop-shipping.
The company will be sole-owned with a simple structure.
A main issue is the ability to register the company and open a bank account without traveling to USA.

What is the best state to register the company?

Just to clarify, are you going to be a US resident?

I don't have plan to immigrate to USA and I don't have plan yet to visit USA.

OK, then your tax will be paid where you reside, no matter where you actually sell the product. If you aren't a US resident, you won't be paying any US tax.

My personal income tax will be paid where I reside. My concern is with the sales tax.
If I'm not resident of USA or a US company, I will not be able to get a Tax ID and I will have to pay sales tax. Correct me if I'm wrong.

You are residing outside of the US, but using some sort of agency to distribute within the USA instead of exporting in from your location?

I buy products in USA from wholesalers, distributors or from retail stores that have special deals.
I also buy in China and ship to USA.
I sell with Amazon FBA and currently don't plan to have my own fulfillment warehouse.

I ship the products to Amazon FBA directly or thru a preperation warehouse.in USA.

I don't plan to sell outside of USA or ship products outside of USA.

Based on that, you have no tax concerns at all within the USA and have no reason to register a US business.
