Who pays the shipping fees?

I've contacted a few drop ship suppliers. One has no shipping fee for customers who purchase his products. He is a middle man. I questioned him regarding the free shipping and sent me this:

"Yes, the customers don't have to pay any shipping for any of our products. The vendor covers the shipping cost."

Am I, as the dropshipping reseller considered the vendor that will be billed for the shipping? A little unclear who is considered the vendor.

Hi Curtis,

Yes, you would be considered the vendor, the person selling the item to the end customer. So you would need to include the shipping price to the final destination.

If you do not add shipping costs to your product costs and you do not pay consumers separately, the fee will only be paid by you.

If you increase shipping costs on the price of the product, then the shipping cost is what the customer pays.
