Hello everyone, I am a new SaleHoo member and so far has been a great experience. So many things to look and so much to learn. Its like a kid having birthday and exams gift all together, can't wait to unwrap all at once…

I have few question though if anyone can help me to understand. I found a great supplier from use. They are specialize in Mac cosmetics and price is great. I bought $700 worth of product from then and was hoping to sell on eBay and make some money and start my eBay selling journey. B4 my journey started eBay just crashed my dream. I subscribe to basis store which costing me around AU$20 month.
While I was practicing as how to list effectively and learn some HTML and few other tricks, I listed 5 product. Now eBay not allowing me to list anymore.
So they are charging me the store fee but not allowing me to list anymore. I got all the product sitting at my home. I tried to list 7day auction, I tried to send my store inventory to auction to finish it up quickly with no luck. Every time I get the error message. I can show eBay the invoice, if they want to check the product authenticity, I can take to their office in Sydney if they want.

Any advise from experienced seller would be much appreciated.

- should I close my store and then list as 7 day auction style?
- should I open another eBay account and try to sell from both account?

PLEASE HELP.

They did the same thing to me i even had 364 positive feedback. 100% they said i had to prove i have a whole seller. i said i think my feedback proves enough but i am still down nothing i do is ever enough for them. I believe that there have been just too many scammers selling items so all though they do stop a lot of the scammers a lot of honest people get shut down as well. I don't have a answer for you but i will keep watching this post as well as i am in the same boat as you.

Woman make up a large part of eBay and if they get fake makeup they won't be back. They allow five per month per account until you prove yourself.

Yes, eBay can be a pain but then again nothing can beat eBay's traffic ranking at this point... Most of everybody who wants to buy something will definite visit eBay :)

But if you feel that you are having too much trouble listing your products on eBay, maybe it's time for you to consider other selling venues. There are a number of great auction sites outside eBay.

Here are blogs that mention and talk in detail about the other great sites you can sell your products at:

You might also try a method both Fudjj and I support. That is having more than one ebay account. If you have five seasoned accounts meaning 10 FB then you can sell 5 on each account.
