Why am I allowed to offer valuable advice to online buyers on this forum but not allowed to offer my goods for sale on SaleHoo.com ?

Hi James,

Advice can be accepted or not, it's just advice. That aside, if we felt the advice you give was incorrect or dangerous, we would counter that advice with that of our own to give inexperienced members a more balanced view.

When it comes to selling your products we have no way of knowing anything about your business without you going through our verification process for approval and that would leave our members open to being taken advantage of, something that we don't do here on SaleHoo. That's why our members know that when they deal with a SaleHoo supplier, they're dealing with a fully verified supplier, not anyone untested.

It's not just about providing supplier options for our members like other directories, it's about providing a safe trading community!

If you would like to offer your products to our members, then you are of course very welcome to apply for approval, it's completely free to apply and so long as you pass the verification process, you will then be approved and welcomed into our directory with our other approved suppliers.

Shane did not approve me.

Were you not aware of this ?

Richelle was also not informed of this decision.

No, I wasn't aware that your application had been rejected, I'm not involved in that application process at all. Has Shane passed the reason for the rejection?

If not I can follow up with her for clarification if you would like, but it sounds like a case of failing on one or more of the criteria that is set.
