Hi to everyone,

I am looking for some advice as to what would be my best approach as I am new to importing.

I will be importing a container to start with as I have the sales channel ready in place. I would like to find liquidation merchandise from the Midwest/Great Lakes region for my test run, but am not oppose to looking from further way if the price/merchandise would be better. I have storage/shipping already sorted out, now I would just need to find the right supplier.

Thanks in advance,

maju1408

Hi maju1408,

Welcome to the site.

I'm not sure how deep your knowledge on importing is, but if you haven't maybe you can spare some time reading our guides on importation., who knows they may help you in your venture.

Also here's a post by one of our member's from Spain, you both pretty much have the same plans (somehow). And like him, I'd still suggest you check out Via Trading as your liquidation supplier of choice.

Thanks Richelle,

I have been reading the guides and I am thinking that I am on the right track, I want to do my research before I move on to buying stock.

Thanks,
