Dear FUDJJ

There is one country that is negleted by all buyers: Brazil.
I can speak about it because I'm from there. While everybody is buying from china where most of the products has poor quality, Brazil is a modern country with companies that some of them are ISO9000,ISO9002 CERTIFIED dying to do business overseas, from clothing (brazil is one of the best producer of cotton) electronics, high quality fashion for womem and the list goes on and on, the best part of this whole thing is; your dollar worth more there because of the currency exchange....as far goes for antiques; brazil is almost untouched source of all kinds of priceless antiques, and the locals dont even know about it!!!

FUDJJ:
You make an excellent point about Brazil, most people do look towards Asia for better value. I must confess that Brazil would not have even been on my Radar to source products, but you have certainly engaged my interest now.

I would actually make this a new thread if I were you, as I'm sure there would be a lot of members who would like to know more. I would suggest that you could be a lot of help to other members with your insight, and your location.

I think you will find a lot of countries like yours, with cities and towns having all sorts of hidden treasures. It never fails to amuse me that most people who want to sell online look online for products to sell. It never seems to occur to them that they are a very small fish in a huge pond when using this method. If I was looking for products to sell online the last place I would be looking is online. I would be looking at every offline avenue I could think of to source products. It's the whole concept behind our network, unearthing bargains that the online community don't have access to, and then trying to link it all together for everyone to benefit. Of course we are focusing on Auctions to start with, but if you visited our site lately you may have read that we are also trying to put a liquidation network into practice.

There is absolutely no reason why we can't expend the network to cater for many different types of fields, If there is a call for it, and if we have the agents on the ground in the right areas.

We would certainly be happy to have you provide some services through our network. If you have something particular in mind, just let me know.

Thanks for the wake up call!

Cheers

That's interesting. But I haven't seen a single Brazilian flag in the supplier details page. Either USA, UK, China, OZ. I would be good to introduce some.

But China products ain't poor quality.... 75% of them are good. Many of their products have ISO9001 too. I'd say 40% of my things are 'Made in China'. HEEHEE.

Cheers.

Like I said I will go to Brazil and do the leg work...the trade shows in Rio and Sao paulo City are huge, people all over the world buying
As far goes for china thing, Brazil do not produce knock off,or replicas of famous brand...you will go to jail for it...so if you buy leather handbags you can bet it is real leather!! I will make some deals there for sure...and soon you will see this humble member become a wholesaler of Brazilian products.....type of Jimmy Hubber
Just Kidding Jimmy! And I promisse: I will share the wealth!!! lol

Can't wait.

My options are really limited right now. Wholesalers in Australia sell to the public. International Shipping is expensive. I can't find suppliers suitable for my business now. Hopefully Brazil can make a change.

Go Brazil.

Cheers.

Tigerjab, i think more sellers would be interested, with some more background information and demographics on on the factories and goods that are imported out of Brazil.. what are some of the major products that the braizlian markets has to offer, the currency factor is a major plus in light of our economic state. I would definetly be interested in learning more about B2b with Brazil

I am a canadian and new to sailhoo... and have been looking at supliers to purchase merchandise from. One of the ones that interest me is a crystal supplier from Brazil. I have never imported before but it looks like there is a huge market out there. If anyone can steer me in the right direction as to where to start and what kind of questions I need to ask I would greatly apreciate the advise.

hello my name is Maxi.
I live in Argentina.
Today is my first day here

I am a bit confused with all this.
I wonder if there latinoamerica providers.
And if they do not exist, I would recommend that method
to begin the online business.
For now my thought is to do dropshipping
If you would like to import to my country
it's hard to do?
thanks for your help and I am delighted to be part of this community
all information I can provide will help.
Thanks Max
