I have ordered some products from dhgate to the uk. I have been given the tracking number which i have checked.An attempted delivery took place on the 18th may but failed as i was not in.
How do i get intouch with them to rearrange a delivery. I can't seem to find anything on the ems website to contact for uk deliveries.

Hi, this has happened with us before.
Whatever you do, DO NOT do any dispute with Paypal.
Just get in contact with the supplier you are working with in DHGate.
Since DHGate has escrow, your payment is still in escrow and you can have DHGate refund it right away by hitting 'Open dispute for resolution'
But, before doing that make sure to check the tracking number and talk to your supplier. In all likelyhood they had a failed delivery, but your supplier will talk to you and you should see the item delivered successfully the next day.
If not, be sure and ask your supplier what went wrong first and they will almost always handle it with EMS. If the supplier does not answer any emails, then just open up the dispute with DHGate. Your money will be released back to you and they will write off the order as cancelled, if the supplier does not respond.
Only deal with the hassle that is Paypal, if DHGate could not resolve it which normally it will.
