Shipment and taxes to Ecuador

I am frustrated, I want to buy video consoles as psp, ps2, xbox and xbox360 (Consoles, games and accessories), like I can know the real cost of each product, since they announce the price of the product, they tell me that they include shipment it is free, but when I receive the product I have to pay values that are not foreseen.
There are serious suppliers that include or specify the values that we should pay to receive our products and not to have to pay additional values
