I'm just chasing some wholesalers or liquidated items that can get me started that are reliable and cheap even just to make a few bucks just to get a bit of experience if anyone could suggest anything that would be great. And roughly whats the shipping cost to Queensland and how long from China or USA?

Shipping is your killer, and trying to import to get started in in online selling is a risk not worth taking in my opinion.

If you are just wanting to get started, save the big cash injection of importing and start off small, building your way up if you find a market.

I would be starting by selling Secondhand goods sourced through avenues such as weekend markets, garage sales, thrift shops and auction sales.

This takes a lot more work than sitting in front of the PC researching, but you get out in the nice fresh air, meet some new people, make some good contacts that could open other doors of opportunity, and you get to see the items first hand.

I see Queensland, and if you are in Brisbane then there are enough resources, like those listed above here, that you could spend all week and not cover 10% of the opportunities just waiting out there to be taken advantage of.
