I'm assuming you are talking about a tax id to do business with a US supplier. If so, you will need the equal of what you have in Israel, sorry I have no idea what you have there personally.
Different countries have different tax identification, it's essentially something that identifies you are a registered business inside your country. You won't need a US tax ID to do business with a US supplier, you will just need to be a registered business in Israel, and you can use your tax ID that you have as part of your registration.
If you aren't a registered business, as in registered to pay tax as a business in Israel, then you will not have a tax ID.
