Currently,the most common used payment method is paypal.It is the reason why it requires a paypal account for the application form.

Have you applied to be our dropshipper?If yes,hope you can offer us the email so that we can update it?

Maybe I am confused but per my understanding when I as a dropshipping client needs to pay for the items I will do it using my paypal account as any other client, am i right? if that is the case then i still do not understand why you requesting my paypal account, can you clarify?

The reason why it requires paypal account for the application form is that,there may be some dropshippers who can't use paypal in their country for some reasons.In this way,it will influence the cooperation.
