i want to ask about the shipping,

1. how long to proses the order,
2. and how long to shipp to us and uk,
3. is it free shipping ?
4. do i get tracking number for it ?
5. can i order only 1 t-shirt ?

I love your prices relative to CafePress and Zazzle, both of which I've used extenstively. Two questions:

1) Do you have any plans to add kids' sizes to your shirt selection? I don't do a ton of volume, but most of that which I do is in children's wear.

2) Most of the shirts that I sell are standard white or heather grey shirts, with a black-and-white photograph on the front. Generally, I use a photo editor to "bleed" the picture edges away to transparency, like this:

(this is kind of a crap example, but I made it in about 60 seconds ... at least gets the idea across)

For whatever reason, this works fine with Zazzle but tends to produce questionable results with CafePress. Any idea how such an image will fare in your own system? I understand that you can't give me a definitive answer applicable to all images on all surfaces; just asking generally.

Hi yoca78,

Let me answer your questions one by one

1. We process your order within 48 hours after placing it on our websites, after which it is shipped out.

2. Shipping to the United Kingdom takes an average of 6 to 8 working days, whereas the shipping time to the United States ranges between 10 to 15 working days.

3. Yes, Shipping is entirely free.

4. We offer an optional tracking number which costs an additional $2. We do recommend you to add this to every order as your order becomes eligible for a refund if anything were to go wrong.

5. You can order as much items as you like and once you've added an item to the cart you can go back to our design editor to make another one.

1) We do have plans to add kids clothing to our website and we hope to do so within the next 3 months.

2) I believe your print with fading edges will turn out very nice, but if for some reason you are not happy with the outcome you can send me an e-mail at laurence@fyves.com. I will then either refund your order or credit you with a free order on our website, whichever you prefer. We use the best digital printing tools available and have carefully selected the ink we use, so I am confident you will like the item you receive.
