Advertising questions - Please read and advise

I was contacted by phone by Link hidden: Login to view They say that they register your site with 200 search engines and choose all of your key words. It's kinda expensive but I might do it. They guarantee you in the top 20 spots on the big search engines like google, yahoo, msn, etc. Let me know what you think.
I signed up with google adwords myself and I can't even find my website in my own search looking for it, my ebay store comes up but not my site address.

Hmm never tried it but I know there are many services that say the same thing. Might not hurt to try if ya want to spend the bucks.
