I have great news! I found a service on the Internet called Boxaroo that makes selling & shipping VERY EASY and it's free to become a member.

I just bought a pallet from Jimmy Salehoo Profit Packs and I can't wait to start listing the items on Boxaroo like I did last week with some wholesale electronics.

By using Boxaroo, I was able to get my listing up on eBay in seconds. The sign-up process is easy, they don't require any sensitive information and their listing form is simple. They've got a great database with stock photos and ready-made descriptions so for many items all you do is select your item from the list and approve your auction.

The listing form has little help boxes that walk you through each part of the form! They also let you upload as many photos as you want for unique items that may not be in the database, and even that's easy. I've got a busy schedule but I can always find a few minutes during the day to list my stuff.

When your item sells, Boxaroo collects payment from the top bidder and then sends you a box, packing materials and a pre-paid shipping label. All you do is pack your item and send it off! They also track the package to its destination and then pay you 80% of the final sale price. Compare that too the traditional fees from Ebay and Paypal, not to mention supplies costs for shipping and time wasted finding the right sized box and printing a shipping label.

They have a promotion running where they're giving new members $10 cash for signing up and making 3 sales! Just enter the Special Sign-Up Code below when you register.

Interesting concept. The only problem I would see with that would be the shipping time between getting all of the materials from the company and then shipping it out as that could take a week or more. I know I ship same day usps 2 day priority to people on Ebay and they still complain getting it on a Thursday when they bought it Mon night.

This is true It sounds like shipping time can be more then doubled, Ebayers expect thier items yesterday. They dont understand the concept of business and how it can take more then a week for shipping.

You're exactly right about the shipping delay compared to direct A to B shipping scenerio. You may notice some of the feedback on their Ebay ID's, they have very positive feedback but there are some comments in regards to slow shipping. (You may be only able to see what Ebay ID's are used when you list some items via Boxaroo.com)

They state upfront on the listings that shipping is a bit slower than the traditional Ebay experience. I am able to see actual statistics since I'm a member (and so will you when you sign up). It shows that average shipping times are around 5 to 7 business days. They also supply the buyer with a tracking map (via google maps) so they can see where the box is in the process. I think this gives the buyer some confidence that the item is on its way and thus less complaints.

I bought a charcoal grill from a Powerseller and it's been 5 days since payment was sent via paypal. I'm not mad enough to send negative feedback but I would like some tracking information.

Another thing to consider by using Boxaroo, your Rep is not on the line. If it takes 2 weeks for delivery then they get hit with a negative feedback. I get my stuff boxed out the same day as the box arrives. It's up to the USPS or UPS to deliver my stuff on time. I can see via a Boxaroo report that my stuff has had a positive review.

As far as I'm concerned, I find the service very valuable to getting my stock listed quickly and my purchased items out quickly. It's like having an employee hired to do the listing, payment tracking and shipping. Personally, I havn't had any complaints about slow shipping even though I had one item take 12 days from payment to receipt.

I know this $10 free signup bonus is still up and running. Give it a try by using this Special Signup Code: 6A2KJ9

Give it a try and then post some replies from actual experiences.

Thanks,
Craig

Well I signed up to the Boxaroo the other day, and I must admit that I kinda like the whole concept. The guys behind all of this are really fast in responding to your emails/questions, and I like that you don't really have to do that much work either. I listed an item on Boxaroo and I am still waiting for it to become available on Ebay. I also like the fact that they ship the boxes to you free of charge so you can pack the item and ship it out to your customer. Now we all know that the boxes aren't really free of charge, because they end up getting 20% off each sale, and so that literally pays for the boxes itsself. I am still cool with that. I do feel that 20% is a little too high for a profit margin, because if you have an item that would normally sell for $150.00, and you post it for $100.00(used), that means you only get $80 of the profit. I guess it's cool though. I also realized that they do not allow you to dropship items. These have to be items you already have at home that are ready for posting. The reason being is because the money does not actually go directly to you. It goes into their account and they don't release your 80% until the customer has received their item and is satisfied with it. This is why it would be a great idea to get Jimmy's packages. You can list them from Boxaroo and make a killing. The only thing I don't like about the whole Boxaroo thing is that you don't actually build any feedback on your end. You are basically building their feedback and that sucks, because if I were to continue buying Jimmy's packages and sell them, then i would want to build feedback from my customers in hopes of becoming a powerseller. But I guess for now I will see how it goes.

All good points. Although there is a longer shipping time, I guess as long as it is stated that it will take longer and your packages are able to be tracked, there shouldn't be any suprises to the buyer. Also using this format there is a much lower chance for the buyers to be ripped off which is a huge issue on Ebay right now. The site sounds promising and I will have to look into it.
