Business License - How do I go about getting one?

I have my ein or tax id number. I went a site called pa100 and started to fill the application out. I''m completely lost. Do I select wholesale? Because thats the closest to business license that I can find. I have many true wholesale sites with great prices, but i need my own website. Sick of ebay collecting 10% of my profit..does anyone know anything about applying for a business license? thx

Sorry i'm not quite sure I understood the first half of your post. Are you filling out an application to become a reseller or are you filling out an application to open your own site? Kindly clarify.
