With what's going on at auctiva I'm looking for a new third party listing service. Inkfrog seems to have everything I need at a reasonable price but I wanted to find out if anyone is using them and what you thought of them. I'm concerned with glitches and down time and the overall reliability of there products. any input would be appreciated. thanks.

Well since you are an auctiva customer like myself I would suggest Vendio.com . They are offering a special for current auctiva customers-FREE for the rest of 2009. starting 2010 you would pay I think $10 a month. So after the year you could even think about moving to inkfrog for a few cents cheaper. But at least vendio.com you can use all the services you would with auctiva for free. Hope this helps!

That looks like a pretty good deal. I'm a little worried about what happens in 2011 though. I'm not crazy about paying final value fees. My profit margins are pretty low as it is. I'd prefer a flat rate. I especiallly like the free for the rest of the year part though. I think I will be going with vendio. Thanks for the reply.

No problem. Hey have you had any customers having problems getting past the auctiva checkout? I'm having this one customer right now complete their order, saying there was an Auctiva error message preventing the buyer from going further. I just imported my items with Vendio but not sure if I did something wrong. Yes Vendio would be the way to go for the rest of the year at least. I would take some time and get the feel of Vendio, their platform is very different and takes some getting use to but it seems pretty advanced and secure.

Ya I was just poking around vendio. Definately going to take some getting used to but they seem to have some really useful features. I don't use auctiva checkout so I really can't tell you it they are having problems. I had too many complaints so I switched back to eBay checkout.

Yeah I have had too many problems with auctiva bugs and glad I finally ditched them. It's funny how all the other selling platforms are screaming out to auctiva customers. I think Auctiva is really gonna hurt by the decisions they made.
