DVD seller needs help on eBay

Hi i was wondering if anyone could clarify with me the way i can list dvds without them getting shutdown by ebay for being copyright??? There are alot of the same products on ebay and their auctions arent getting shut down so why mine???

are your DVDs in any way infringing on copyright? ie. are they fake/counterfeits?
