eBay charging me twice about my fees??

Hello,
Well I just got my invoice for last month 135.00. But I had paid 64 dollars on March 14 what is this money for then will eBay deduct the 64$ out of the 135 of what

Last Invoice: (Feb 28) $63.83
Payments and Credits: -$65.27
New Fees: $136.59

Total Amount Due: $135.15

Last invoice (feb 28) WHat the hell they charged me in Mid March.
Why charge me again. This hasnt happend to me before so its pretty concerning for me please let me know anybody that has info

Im having a hard time following this one. But Im Not sure what your question is

All I can say is contact Ebay and have them explain the charges and the billing cycle
