How is your eBay evaluation score?

hi,

My status on the eBay seller dashboard is "very low"

does this mean i will be banned at the next evaluation?

I have a feedback rating of 99%.

Hi Jack,

Even though your feedback is strong, you have to maintain a good DSR score or your account can be in trouble.

Check your DSR scores, you really need to maintain those at around 4.5 or higher to be in the safe zone. Not sure what it is exactly that has your account in the low zone, but my guess is it will be a low level of customer satisfaction.

Of course it can also be a policy compliance issue as well, but you will be able to pin point the answer down by checking everything, then you can set about making some changes to get it back into a safe trading area.
