How to list products on Amazon with unknown categories

Hello fellow members!

I have found some products that I would like to list in Amazon.com e.g. Sports and Outdoors. However, it seems I couldn't find the Category to list my item in, what should I do in such cases? Thanks in advance for your comments and reply :)
