How to start an affiliate program ? Any one know?

I want to start an affiliate program for my companies website as we do good but can always use more sales. I have looked around but I have not found much online
about creating one.
How do you go about it? What companies are the best to use?

I just started using Link hidden: Login to view for my website. It's very easy to set up and use and I have been pleased with the results so far.
