I received a negative feedback on eBay-What should I do?

I sell Chinese musical instrument on ebay, I have received many positive feedbacks
from many buyers from different countries but yesterday I received a negative feedback from a French buyer. I don't understand French. He said:
'Très Mauvais instrument sans intérêt-gadget à touristes-honte à vous'

I do not know what he said. If he is really not satisfied with this item, he should return it to me, then I will refund him in full, no problem, but he said nothing to me after he received it for nearly one month. How can he do this?Any help will be appreciated!

I don't speak any French at all, so I just tried running your customer's comments on Link hidden: Login to view and this is the translation I got:

'Very Bad instrument without interest-gadget with tourist-shame with you'

Its sad how just one negative can destroy your eBay status, but there are a few things you can do to overcome this. Try reading this blog, you may find a few helpful tips in there.

I have sent several emails to this buyer in English to promise I will refund his total money,but he donot reply me,this is abnormal,Richelle ,thanks to your great helping!

There are instances when eBay removes a feedback and one of them is if the Feedback Rule is broken. You may refer to this page to view the Feedback Abuse Policy and if deemed necessary, contact eBay.

That's just one thing I HATE about ebay! I did have perfect feedback and suddenly, same thing happen to me, buyer did not contact me about the item and left negative feedback, my account performance drop hard. For some reason, since I received my first neg feedback, most of my bidder are NEW (0) feedback people, I can't even give them neg after many times I contacted them - no responses - no payment!

I wish ebay could stop being rediculous - since WE are (sellers) making money for them - they don't profit from buyer.
