been a member of salehoo for a while and am an attorney interested in selling art online and importing electronics, but i live in Nigeria and need help with opening a paypal account and registering on ebay.

Im not sure if you can open a paypal account. I think its barred for nigerians. Mainly because a large percentage of scammers come from that country. I would advise you to use a merchant account if you want to sell on ebay.
